• PKA Books Ltd (UK) web site directly, there is an order form on their web site to send to them. Their web site will be shown when you press the link marked 'Buy this book direct from PKA Books Ltd'

A new window will open on your computer which will link directly to the book in Amazon's site. You may then check the price and add the item to your shopping basket. If you choose additional books, your items will be added and stored in your shopping basket. Then proceed to the checkout. You will then be prompted to a secure server to finish your credit card purchase.

Delivery Charges: The cost of delivery will be added to the cost of your book at the checkout stage. Once in Amazon, you can check the delivery charges prior to the checkout stage by clicking on the help button on the top right hand corner of the page. Both Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com will ship internationally, so choose which is most appropriate for you. For example Amazon.co.uk will ship in Europe by airmail.
